Australia’s preparations for the IMC T20 over 40s World Cup take a big step forward today at 7.30pm AEDT as they take on host nation Pakistan in the first of two T20 internationals prior to the World Cup which begins on Saturday against Sri Lanka.

Aussie Captain Jamie Panelli will lead a side looking to acclimatise to the local conditions against a team led by Pakistan start Abdul Razzak, a name familiar to Australian cricket fans.

Australia’s second T20 internationals will be played tomorrow against the West Indies.
